Description We are in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, your primary function will be to provide administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service
• Accurately processing data entries and maintaining up-to-date records
• Assisting in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and following up on candidate inquiries
• Coordinating company events and celebrations
• Managing office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and arranging for replenishment as needed
• Assisting with the onboarding and training of new employees
• Supporting the HR department by maintaining employee files and updating HR standards of operations
• Assisting with the preparation and distribution of marketing promotional materials
• Coordinating the return of employee equipment and maintaining accurate documentation
• Ensuring the office kitchen and common areas are clean and well-maintained
• Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries, and handling shipping requests as needed
• Welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate meeting area.
This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and complaints effectively
• Proven experience in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in email correspondence, with strong written communication skills
• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to manage and analyze data
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage emails, calendars, and contacts efficiently
• Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create and present informative presentations
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, demonstrating the ability to create, edit, and format documents
• Experience in scheduling appointments, with the ability to manage multiple calendars effectively TalentMatch®
