* Diesel Mechanic--$25-40/Hour--Weekly Pay--No Weekends--Start ASAP *

Description :

A busy semi-truck repair and warranty shop has an immediate opening for a diesel technician. Diesel Technicians perform a range of tasks, from basic preventative maintenance to repair/replace work, along with extensive troubleshooting on all our equipment. This company values attitude and willingness to learn, and offer training courses and the opportunity to earn certificates for performing warranty work. They are looking for experienced diesel technicians and mechanics that are wanting to break into the diesel industry.

Hours :

• 1st Shift : Monday thru Friday 7:30-5:00pm

• 2nd Shift : Monday thru Friday 3:00pm to 12:00am

Pay :

• $20-40/Hour

Responsibilities :

• Perform diagnosis, repair, and reconditions of machine systems and components

• Complete thorough documentation on all reports and forms required with work assignments

• Communicate machinery problems and resolutions to supervisor and customers

• Utilize computer programs to effectively complete assignments

• Seek and participate in appropriate training opportunities both local and off-site

• Maintain technical and product knowledge

• Identify customer service opportunities and implement solutions

• Up sell jobs during the repair process

• Present a positive and professional image of Sioux International in the presence of customers and community

• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments

• Other duties as assigned
