Job Title: Civil Engineering Manager/Manager in Training

Job Description

Civil Engineering Manager will play an active role in planning, designing, and managing large scale SID land development projects. In addition to construction administration and oversight, this position will also involve direct participation in such projects. Mentoring, coaching, and training staff for continuous development will be a part of the responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills along with written and verbal communication abilities are essential. The ideal candidate should be able to earn trust and respect, persuade, and guide people to solutions that best meet client needs and business objectives.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

  • Professional engineering license preferred, minimum requirement of EIT

  • 4 - 10 years of experience in the civil engineering space

  • Land development design using AutoCAD civil 3d software

Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to earn trust and respect

  • Ability to persuade and guide people

Job Type

This is a W2 Consulting-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s) before fully transitioning to our Client.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site based out of the Omaha or Lincoln, Nebraska.
