ManpowerGroup Construction Project Manager (Engineering/Ops) in Omaha, Nebraska

Our client within the Energy sector is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will Manage project workflow by identifying and executing interfaces between facility planning, regulatory, right-of-way, environmental, engineering, design, construction, operations, marketing functions. Responsible for project meetings, planned budget and schedule. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 3+ years related professional experience within project planning, cost controls and scheduling which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

Max of 5

  • Ensure that business, technical, environmental, operational, financial and scheduling objectives are met for assigned projects.

  • Manage project workflow by identifying and executing interfaces between facility planning, regulatory, right-of-way, environmental, engineering, design, construction, operations, marketing functions.

  • Responsible for project meetings, planned budget and schedule.

  • Manage resources, considering team member expertise and workload in optimization, right-of-way, environmental, regulatory, tech services and construction and keeping within budget considerations.

What’s Needed?

  • BS in Engineering, Construction Management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Three years related professional experience. Experience in project scheduling, cost controls, tracking and reporting methodologies.

  • Knowledge of financial principles to quantify costs and benefits of projects, to track, maintain project budgets.

  • Experience in the application of PMI project management.
