Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Desktop Support Analyst in Omaha, Nebraska to join our client's team! As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be an essential part of our IT team, being the primary contact for technical issues. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, providing first-line support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and maintaining our computer systems.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first contact for users facing technical difficulties, offering support via phone, email, or in-person.

• Firewall Experience: Merkai, PAN, etc.

• Microsoft 365 Experience - recent (Entrada, Intune, etc.)

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operations.

• Log all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system for future reference and transparency.

• Assist users with account setup, password resets, and provide guidance on systems and applications.

• Handle the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.

• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized departments as needed.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures for troubleshooting and support, ensuring consistency in service delivery.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues to meet service level agreements.

• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements to provide the best support possible.

• Assist with the deployment and configuration management of EO/IR systems, Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, Mac Computers, and Microsoft Active Directory.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 is required.

• Knowledge of Firewalls is mandatory (Merkai, PAN, etc.)

• Experience in Active Directory is a must.

• Skills in Computer Hardware are expected.

• Proficiency in Configuration Management is required.

• Experience in Deployments is essential.

• Ability to provide Deskside Support is mandatory.
