Functional Responsibilities:

I2XTechnologies is seeking a PAI/OSINT Intel Analyst

Clearance: TS/SCI

Job Duties:

  • Support JIPOE analysis

  • Critical duties include providing situational awareness of adversary threat capabilities to support I&W, authoring strategic regional and global products to enable deliberate and crisis action planning, and authoring intelligence products for the staff, assigned Component Commands/and Task Forces, and the Intelligence Community

  • Prepare, integrate, brief and publish broad and complex all-source intelligence studies, papers, briefings, and assessments in coordination with other Agency elements and IC components on adversary regional issues to inform senior decision makers in acquisition, operational, planning, and policymaking communities

  • Conduct near-term, mid-term, and long-term analysis supporting the projects mission of providing current intelligence to senior leadership as well as support to deliberate and operational planning

  • Must possess a working knowledge of utilization of open source/social media exploitation tools. Support, establish, and continue a network of contacts for all-source analysis and reporting, ensure analytical findings are based upon multi-layered research and sources, and provide a functional perspective with regional emphasis on relevant existing and emerging threats

  • Support the development of intelligence collections requirements and providing feedback and evaluations to IC reporting

  • Participate on teams for special projects or studies of considerable scope and depth critical to the resolution of strategic deterrence issues and problems, and interpret complex legislative, regulatory, and policy guidance to prepare recommendations for management

  • Maintain Government furnished databases and software applications, to include the use of visualization tools, in support of strategic intelligence analysis to include support to briefings, papers, and presentations as requested by customer

  • Attend relevant Government meetings as required in support of analyzing and planning for the Government

  • These may include periodic training, staff, production and technical exchange meetings either on-site or off-site

  • The successful candidate shall provide minutes of these meetings as required

  • Provide analytical support for the development, validation, implementation and modification of current and evolving Command and DoD planning documents requiring insight into foreign strategic forces, policy, intentions and technology

  • Support Command exercises, training events, war games, and crisis response operations as required

Qualifications

Desired Requirements:

  • Experience with OSINT/PAI

  • Each intelligence analyst shall individually demonstrate at least two (2) years of relevant experience performing social media exploitation work and two (2) years using OSINT tools.

    Experience Requirements:

  • Contractor shall assist project researchers with the testing, validation, and implementation of advanced algorithms for analyzing and fusing multiple sources of data.

  • Contractor shall assist with testing of newly developed analytical tools for deployment to Commercial Cloud Services.

  • Contractor shall document the efficiency of PAI data fused into Component Commands/and Task Forces, and the Intelligence Community existing analytical workflow.

  • Contractor shall assist the project research team with data validation by comparing project data to historical deployment data collected by branch tool suite.

  • Contractor shall support the Component Commands/and Task Forces, and the Intelligence Community Find, Fix, and Track mission by providing relevant project data to the SRT branch to ingest into applicable databases.

  • Contractor shall support Component Commands/and Task Forces, and the Intelligence Community intelligence processes critical to near-term, mid-term, and long-term efforts for the Command, components, and other DoD organizations.

  • The contractor shall assist a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) team with testing of methods developed to fuse Publicly Available Information (PAI) into Component Commands/and Task Forces, and the Intelligence Community analytical workflow and enhance the ‘find, fix, and track mission’ by identifying source data that is non-compliant with the SMART database.

  • Contractor shall be familiar with social media exploitation and the use of related OSINT tools to assist the government in developing and maintaining a list of persons of interest relevant to Component Commands/and Task Forces, and the Intelligence Community mission space.

The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
