ManpowerGroup Print Invoice Controller in Omaha, Nebraska

Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has partnered with an American award-winning, global provider of marketing solutions for a Print Invoice Controller to work a hybrid schedule from their Omaha office. This position matches and clears publication invoices received with the print buys in the IPG media systems.

Job Title: Print Invoice Controller

Location: Hybrid – Omaha, NE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Clearing print and digital invoices in client’s media systems

  • Checking remittance addresses

  • Communicating with the print buyers to resolve discrepancies or problems

  • Communicating with publications for missing invoices

  • Requesting and printing required system reports

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Good verbal communication skills

  • Good computer skills
