We are currently hiring a Dispute Resolution Center Program Director, to work in our Oneonta office. As the Dispute Resolution Center Program Director, you would be responsible for:
Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of Dispute Resolution Center staff and volunteers, including accurate record keeping both in paper files and in the Case Load Management System.
Monitor services, case files, staff, volunteers, and training to ensure quality assurance measures are being followed.
Complete intake, interview, and assessment of currently certified mediators not known to the Center who are interested in mediating for Catholic Charities.
Develop and maintain professional and cooperative relationships with the Court Judges and their staff, funding sources, service providers, other Community Dispute Resolution Centers and the community at large, including outreach to the community regarding the Dispute Resolution Center’s services through public presentations and outreach.
Dispute Resolution Center Program Director Minimum Salary: $29.39 / Per Hour
Dispute Resolution Center Program Director Maximum Salary: $31.59 / Per Hour
Dispute Resolution Center Program Director Schedule: Monday through Friday; Day shift
Qualifications:
4 year/Bachelor’s Degree in field of study: Legal Studies/Law, Dispute Resolution, or Mediation
3 to 5 years relevant experience.
Evenings and weekends availability occasionally.
Serving 7 counties including Chenango, Delaware, Fulton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Otsego, Schoharie. Willingness to travel with personal vehicle a must.
