This pivotal role blends strategic planning with hands-on support, ensuring our department's services are accessible, efficient, and impactful.To learn more about the University and the department, please visit https://suny.oneonta.edu/ or https://suny.oneonta.edu/accessibility-resourcesDuties include but are not limited to:Assisting in the planning, preparation, and maintenance of the department's budget which involve several funding sources.Preparation of data for submissions to external and SUNY reporting structures.Construction of the office production schedule.Planning/managing coverage for customer service area.Assisting with the scheduling and proctoring of exams in the Accessibility Resources Exam Center.Representing Accessibility Resources in various capacities/committees while maintaining a positive customer service attitude. Provide support in areas related to the Office of Accessibility Resources including the handling of confidential medical documentation, assisting in fielding student/faculty concerns, and responding to parental inquiries within the guidelines of student privacy laws.Salary: $49,261. Requirements:Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degreeProfessional or Paraprofessional experience working in higher educationTwo years of experience with customer servicePreferred:Two years of experience working with Banner software system or a similar student information system in student recordsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent written communication skillsBilingualExperience working with and serving diverse populations

Minimum Salary: 49,261 Maximum Salary: 49,261 Salary Unit: Yearly
