Solar Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in the efficient and smooth operation of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Inspecting Goods

• Storing and Organizing Inventory

• Order Fulfillment

• Inventory Management

• Safety and Compliance

• Communication and Teamwork

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse experience.

• 1+ year of lead experience preferred

• Knowledge of solar components and equipment, required

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.

• Basic computer skills for inventory management.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
