Join Our Team as a Phlebotomist/Processor at Interpath Laboratory in Ontario, OR! We are seeking a friendly and energetic Phlebotomist/Processor with excellent people skills to enhance our team. Ideal candidates will have a collaborative spirit and a commitment to supporting both our patients and our team\'s goals. In this role, you will be responsible for: Administrative duties: Providing excellent customer service, answering phones, and monitoring for instrumentation alarms. Technical responsibilities: Retrieving blood samples and other specimens, preparing them for laboratory testing, and performing screening procedures. Accurate data management: Verifying specimen information, performing data entry, and properly identifying patient information. Specimen handling: Receiving, processing, and packaging samples for referral labs while maintaining specimen integrity. Compliance: Following safety protocols, HIPAA policies, Medicare rules, and participating in quality assurance.
