As an In-Home Caregiver, you will be an essential part of our clients' lives, assisting them with various activities of daily living to ensure their comfort and safety in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Preparing and serving nutritious meals and monitoring dietary needs.
  • Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Assisting with mobility and transferring clients as necessary.
  • Reminding clients to take medications and assisting with medication management.
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities, if required.
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related role is preferred but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you're well-prepared for the job.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility toward the well-being of others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule.
  • Must pass background checks and screenings required by state regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
