Pay Range: $15.00 - 25.00

Summary

This position will provide engineering support, assisting in diagnosing and resolving hydraulic issues that may arise during the manufacture of Miller Industries products. This position may also provide customer service support for any hydraulic related issues, assist in the creation of documentation or product testing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must possess basic computer skills, good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot heavy machinery-style hydraulic systems. Candidate must be physically capable of accessing hydraulic components anywhere on the vehicle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Troubleshooting hydraulic issues

Testing hydraulic components

International and domestic travel is not expected at this point but may be required

Logging time spent on projects

Qualifications required

Able to obtain a US Passport and travel domestically and internationally

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

Analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Good communication skills (written and oral)

Able to diagnose and solve hydraulic issues on Military and Domestic Towing equipment

Highschool Diploma

Qualifications preferred but not required

3+ years' experience in heavy mobile hydraulics

Experience with a 3D CAD design software

Ability to read hydraulic schematics

Training or experience with

Product-specific hydraulic systems

Load-Sense and fixed displacement hydraulic systems

Hydraulic diagnosis techniques

Experience using a hydraulic test bench.

Other duties may be assigned.
