We’re passionate about providing healthcare professionals the most valuable and complete solutions to improve hospital efficiency and enhance patient care.Position Summary:Performs formulations of Clinical Chemistry, Co-Oximeter, and/or Coagulation controls and reagents using various automated and manual techniques. Formulations are to be performed in accordance with established Quality Standards and GMP requirementsKey Accountabilities: Maintains production area in a clean and orderly manner which is consistent with Good Manufacturing PracticesPerforms tank clean out, sterilization, and maintenanceOperates centrifuges, filtration equipment, pH meter, refractometer, balances, and all other equipment needed for productionPrepares glassware, filters, and any other production materials needed for production runsReviews and understands team Standard Operating ProceduresPerforms all duties assigned in safe manner consistent with Company safety policiesAssists in all areas of department as needed and as directed by senior personnel or team leaderPerforms all other duties as assigned by managerBudget Managed (if applicable) N/AInternal Networking/Key RelationshipsTo be determined based on department needsSkills & Capabilities:Oral and written communication skillsMin Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position: High School Diploma or equivalentPhysical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to lift and move materials per current OSHA standards.International Mobility Required: NoTravel Requirements:  NoThe hourly wage range Werfen reasonably expects to pay for the position is $23 to $26.  Compensation is reasonably based upon multiple factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and specific needs of the business.If you are interested in constantly learning and being challenged on a daily basis we encourage you to submit your resume or CV.  Werfen is an Equal Opportunity employer and is committed to a diverse workplace.
