Job Title: Production Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Machine Operator with experience in food production to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts, including weekends, and perform various duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixing machines.

• Bag products and palletize them for shipment.

• Perform inspection tasks to ensure quality standards are met.

• Utilize manual pallet jacks and forklifts.

• Lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs. repetitively.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Follow all safety and operational procedures.

Essential Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in food production is preferred.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and be flexible with shift changes.

• Available to work weekends.

• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs. repetitively.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and performing basic math.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with running mixing machines.

• Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights up to 30 feet.

• Good attitude and strong work ethic.

Work Environment

The work environment involves rotating shifts, with 2-3 days scheduled during the week and every other weekend. Day shifts run from 4:30 am to 5:00 pm, and night shifts from 4:30 pm to 5:00 am. Candidates must be prepared to fill in as needed and work in confined spaces or at elevated heights.
