Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in ORCHARD PARK, New York. The selected candidate will be integrated into a dynamic team within the finance industry. The role is primarily office-based and will involve handling duties related to accounts payable and receivable, billing, account reconciliation, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.

• Take charge of the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

• Perform account reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate financial records.

• Carry out data entry tasks related to accounting activities.

• Use software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to perform accounting tasks.

• Process invoices efficiently and accurately.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Handle customer inquiries related to their accounts and resolve any issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Candidate must possess skills in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Proficiency in Billing procedures is expected

• Candidate must be adept at Data Entry

• Invoice Processing skills are essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Experience with Oracle software is a plus

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is essential

• SAP usage skills are required
