Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to franchise operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.

  • Operational Coordination: Assist in the coordination of franchise activities, including compliance tracking, maintaining manuals, and ensuring franchisees have access to necessary resources.

  • Data Entry & Documentation: Manage data entry tasks related to franchise agreements, onboarding, and other operational processes. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.

  • Communication: Act as a liaison between franchisees and corporate teams, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

  • Event & Travel Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, training sessions, and meetings, including booking travel arrangements and venues.

  • Assist with Special Projects: Collaborate on various projects that support the company's growth, including market research, data analysis, and operational audits.
