Lockheed Martin Control Account Manager (FULL TIME REMOTE) in Orlando, Florida

THE WORK

The F-35 Global Sustainment Training and Logistics Solutions Enterprise team is looking to add a staff member willing to take on a variety of different assignments, which will include:

• Effectively manage control account performance and elevate concerns/issues where appropriate to leadership and program management, including other impacted Control Account Managers.

• Oversee the planning and implementation of the budget resource loading within the Contract period of performance and track the current progress along with monitoring the forecast accuracy from start through completion.

• Conduct closed-loop corrective action to include thorough variance analysis, monitoring cost/schedule mitigation activities, and corrective action adjustment as necessary.

• Provide timely and accurate insight into crucial program impacts or opportunities to Global Sustainment Leadership and Program Management.

• Complete all earned value management (EVM) assigned duties to include work authorization requests, estimate at complete review, schedule status, variance reporting, and comprehensive assessments at completion.

• Work with technical counterparts to generate the Basis of Estimates (BOEs).

• Support the organization in establishing long term capabilities for F-35 Programs.

• Engage with leaders to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress and performance.

• Analyze workforce needs, monitor key performance indicators, and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure consistent and optimal resource allocation.

• Work closely with F-35 leadership and program management to ensure program is adequately staffed.

• Partner with Talent Acquisitions to align recruitment and workforce strategies with organizational goals and objectives.

• Assess and evaluate qualified candidates in alignment with requirements and standards.

• Work Closely with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and leadership to facilitate and document the interview process while adhering to OFCCP guidelines and regulations.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate staffing metrics effectively to stakeholders.

• Engage and support 1LMX initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with 10 years of professional experience OR equivalent experience with combined education.

• Proven ability to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions and implement strategies to overcome obstacles.

• Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.

• Capacity to analyze complex issues and organize workflows to adapt strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Desired Skills:

• Previous budget and schedule management experience.

• Experience with aerospace and defense program life-cycle (i.e., development, production, sustainment of aircraft programs).

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $105,000 - $197,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $91,300 - $175,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
