As a Crew Member, you'll be responsible for taking orders, assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, and delivering exceptional customer service with a smile. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining customer product and service standards

• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment

• Ensure exceptional customer service and store experience

• Greet and assist every customer with a smile

• Execute quality store operations

• Make lightening fast, fresh, and accurate sandwiches

• Restock food and drink products as needed throughout shift

• Maintain standards of cleanliness throughout store

• Adhere to food safety and security guidelines

• Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions

• Operate drive-thru with lightening speed accuracy, if applicable

Requirements:

• Eligibility to work on the U.S.

• Reliable and punctual

• Exhibit a great attitude, excellent customer service skills and a SUPER BIG SMILE!

• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly, as well as stand, bend, reach, and stoop throughout the shift

• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with varying temperatures

• Availability and willingness to work high volume shifts

• Maintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John's Dress Code
