Insight Global Customer Success Project Manager in Orlando, Florida

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to add a Customer Success Project Manager to their Orlando, FL team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer success and satisfaction. You will plan and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, similar to a Project Manager. You will coordinate activities and services throughout the clients lifecycle, ensuring seamless alignment with our Customer Experience (CX) practice. Acting as a central point of contact for clients, you will manage resources, people, and tools to support their needs. Effective communication with clients, demonstrating keen business acumen and a client-first approach, is essential. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in customer success, project management, or a related field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and possess a proactive and client-focused mindset. The salary range for this opportunity is $95-125k depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor of Science/Arts or relative education and experience

4+ years experience of technical project management

Understanding of formal PM processes and experience with PM tools

Mastery of common Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Comfortable with customer communication and working with cross-functional teams Experience with Cisco's CX framework

Military experience

Knowledge of Infrastructure (Data Center, Security, Collaboration, Networking)

Experience with major IT vendor solutions such as Cisco null
