Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of support specialists and customer service representatives.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

  • Strategic Service Delivery:

  • Develop and implement innovative customer service strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.

  • Define and track key performance metrics, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.

  • Customer Experience Management:

  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Process Optimization:

  • Streamline workflows and implement best practices to improve efficiency and responsiveness.

  • Leverage technology and tools to enhance the support experience.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to address customer needs and align strategies.

  • Provide input on product development based on customer insights.

  • Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

  • Prepare and present reports on support performance to executive leadership.
