Jacobs Entry Level Water/Wastewater Engineer in Orlando, Florida

We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused water / wastewater engineer in Orlando, FL to support our local and regional teams. We are looking for a water / wastewater engineer to join us and execute planned projects and support field engineering activities in Orlando, FL.

The employee will work alongside our local team to perform the following tasks:

  • Work on multi-discipline teams to deliver world class projects.

  • Effectively work with project teams with diverse technical skill sets and geographic locations.

  • Observe and document field and construction activities primarily related to water and sewer pipeline and facility infrastructure as a field engineer.

  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and work in a fast-paced consulting environment.

  • Work to build a cooperative partnership between the client, and all stakeholders to ensure overall success of the projects.

  • Collaborate on and contribute to maintaining and building strong client relationships.

  • Ability to participate in and lead tasks.

  • Drive health and safety in all aspects of project execution including field, office and personal environments.

'- Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects

Ideally, here’s what you will also have:

  • Masters of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field

  • Engineer in Training (EIT)

  • 0-2 years of progressive experience of water and wastewater projects
