The role you’ll contribute:

Physical Therapy/Graduate Campus Adjuncts are employed by the University to teach didactic courses which are offered on campus to graduate students. Graduate Campus Adjuncts develop, design and deliver instruction in collaboration with the course coordinator and review and assist with revision as needed for department policies and procedures. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Demonstrates behaviors at AdventHealth University in harmony with the “Four Words” Nurture, Excellence, Spirituality, and Stewardship

• Teach in both the classroom and laboratory settings of DPT program

• Participate in the development and implementation of new instructional experiences

• Develop individualized learning objectives

• Grade examinations and assignments and review evaluations with students.

• Provide individualized feedback to students regarding competencies and professional behavior

• Continue to develop as a faculty member of the college through advanced studies, research and writing.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Required:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

• License to practice P.T.

• At least 3-years of clinical practice experience in content area of teaching

Preferred:

Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree
