Robert Half Help Desk Manager in Orlando, Florida

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Manager in the non-profit industry, located in Orlando, Florida. This role entails managing a small team of help desk professionals, handling escalating tickets, and delegating tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of help desk professionals, providing guidance and support as necessary.

• Manage the escalation process for tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Delegate tasks to the help desk team, promoting efficient workflow and task completion.

• Utilize knowledge of Citrix Technologies, Database, and EO/IR systems for problem-solving and decision-making.

• Leverage Microsoft skills to maintain and manage databases and records.

• Apply networking skills to ensure seamless connectivity and minimal downtime.

• Utilize Active Directory for network management and user authentication.

• Employ knowledge of Computer Hardware and Configuration Management for troubleshooting and system configurations.

• Oversee deployments and Deskside Support to ensure systems are functioning properly.

• Manage the Ticketing System, ensuring tickets are responded to and resolved in a timely manner. Requirements • Proven experience in a Help Desk Manager role within the non-profit sector

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies

• Strong knowledge of database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications

• Solid understanding of networking principles

• Experience with Active Directory

• Knowledge of computer hardware systems and configurations

• Experience with configuration management

• Proven track record of managing deployments

• Experience in deskside support
