We are on the lookout for a meticulous HR Generalist to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with coordinating recruitment efforts, managing data, updating systems with payroll information, and handling various administrative tasks. This offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process recruitment-related data.

• Proficiency in Paycom software is a must have.

• Update and manage various systems with necessary payroll information.

• Handle administrative tasks related to bonuses and raises.

• Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for effective records management.

• Use Paycom software for various HR functions.

• Balance direction from multiple sources while maintaining organization and the ability to multi-task.

• Carry out necessary tasks on the total rewards/administrative side.

• Ensure compliance and effective employee relations.

• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Dayforce for various HR tasks.

• Maintain clear and effective communication within the team.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the Real Estate & Property industry.

• Proficient in using ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) for effective HR management.

• Hands-on experience with Dayforce HR management software.

• In-depth understanding of Benefit Functions in HR management.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proven track record of ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

• Strong capability to manage and improve Employee Relations.

• Experience with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) administration.

• Proficiency in using Paycom for payroll and HR management. TalentMatch®
