SkyHop Global is seeking a Motivated Station Leader for our MCO location.

We are one of the premier ground transportation companies for airline crews. We provide the transportation for pilots and flight attendants during their layover periods in a multitude of cities.

Typical Day:

  • Lead and motivate a team of drivers ensuring safe, efficient and timely operations at all times.

  • Ensure that all routes are running on time and frequently check in with Drivers to see if assistance is needed

  • Scheduling and operational planning including a basic understanding of KPI's, budget planning and talent management;

  • Lead Customer relations with our Airline Crew that result in the achievement of“Raving Fan”service levels and exceeding client expectations;

  • Safety management; Ensure that a personal commitment to safety is exhibited in the execution of all policies and tasks by all team members – enforce “Safety First”;

  • Communicate issues and provide data to Headquarters and dispatch for timely resolution

  • Ensure that a Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspection on vehicles is done daily

  • Ensure proper acquisition and development of a team of drivers that are fully accountable professionals focused on “Raving fan Service” who exceed client expectations and meet company standards

The Ideal Candidate:An inspirational leader!

  • Basic computer and mobile technology skills - Experience and desire to work with technology!

  • Proven track record of success in leadership in building a team. A driver advocate!

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Minimum of 2 +years management experience, in an airline/ airport environment. Preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation or related industries;

  • Proven track record of safety management and contributing to maintenance of a safety culture.

  • Training/ coaching background. Preferred.

  • Ability to lift 75 lbs multiple times a day; be able to work outdoors in heat and cold,

  • Have a valid driver’s license and be approved by the Company’s insurance carrier; may be required to obtain special city/airport permits.

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule that requires weekend and/or evening work; We are a 24/7/365 Operation

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
