Outside Sales Representative - Construction

Location: Candidates Local Market

Requirements: Must have 2 years staffing experience or outside sales experience selling to subcontractors

Benefits:

• Base Salary + Commissions:

($75,000-$100,000 year one on target earnings) ($110,000+ year two and up)

Responsibilities:

• Must have 2 years staffing experience or outside sales experience selling to subcontractors

• Develop and manage contractors to utilize Ultimate's services

• Conduct contractor research and development

• Perform market analysis to identify opportunities

• Conduct job site visits to meet with clients

• Attend networking events to connect with contractors

• Manage and update CRM systems

• Provide timely solutions to customers

• Report on account status

• Suggest actions to improve performance and identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Strong desire to learn and driven to succeed

• Ability to work well within a team

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Understanding of sales and marketing principles

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
