Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for an Overnight Front Desk Agent to join the Front Office Team!

Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet ofbanquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

What are we looking for?

During third shift, greets and registers guests, providing prompt and courteous service. Checks guests out of the hotel. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in the hotel. Upgrades guests, and promotes hotel services and amenities. Completes the registration process, codes electronic keys, and makes appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs. Promotes and administers Marketing Programs for arriving guests. Ensures guest knows location of room, and arranges for team member to accompany guest to room. Provides welcome packet containing room keys, tokens of our appreciation, gifts, etc. to guest.This role will also have involvement with Night auditing as well.
