Robert Half Product Manager in Orlando, Florida

Description We are in search of a Product Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap within the industry. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, monitor key performance metrics, and contribute to the product roadmaps. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a consolidated domain roadmap of current and future initiatives.

• Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the domain.

• Monitor key performance metrics to track organizational performance within the domain, identifying optimization opportunities that drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators, including product, engineering, design, commercial, and customer support.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

• Contribute to product roadmaps supporting the assigned domain.

• Align the product roadmap with relevant business partners, anticipating impact on customer satisfaction and other desirable product outcomes.

• Assist the team in translating the domain vision into presentations for Executive audiences and partners across the organization.

• Provide input into solution design for new product features to ensure product objectives are met and performance is measured and realized. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Manager role or related field.

• Proven experience with Android Development and Cloud Technologies.

• Proficient in the use of JIRA, Confluence, and About Time software tools.

• Demonstrated ability to perform Backlog Grooming, AB Testing, and Bug Tracking.

• Comfortable working within Agile, Agile Scrum, and Agile Software Development methodologies.

• Strong data reporting skills and the ability to create Executive Presentations.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
