Travel and Leisure Co. is proud to announce our 2025 Summer Internship Program at our Corporate Office in Orlando, Florida. As a Playbook365 Sales Intern for our youth sports tournament and event housing management technology platform you will have hands-on experience supporting sales initiatives and driving growth. The intern will assist with lead generation, sales materials preparation, CRM optimization and early-stage funnel work to help capture and demonstrate the platform’s value to tournament organizers and housing companies. They will work closely with the sales team to prepare presentations, analyze market trends, and update CRM tools. This role emphasizes learning the sales process, improving communication skills, and understanding how technology enhances event management. It’s a valuable opportunity to gain experience in sales, sports management, and SaaS technology.

In addition to the firsthand experience, the program features team projects, direct senior leadership exposure, and mentorship. We are committed to providing a comprehensive experience with real-world training. Our goal is to provide a quality internship while identifying future talent/leaders.

How You’ll Shine:

• Early-stage pipeline analysis and discovery

• Sports market modeling and strategic analysis

• Competitor analysis

What You’ll Bring :

• In-progress of completing a bachelor’s degree program

• Great communicator

• Sales aptitude and technology proficient

• Strong Organization skills and adaptability

• Sports knowledge and passion are a plus!

• Experience having played youth or organized amateur sports, a plus.

• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot preferred

• Ability to commit to the program beginning in May 2025 in Orlando Florida

• Work in the Orlando corporate office M,T,W and be remote TH,F
