KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of Business Transformation Plans and IT Strategic Plans based on Enterprise Architectures, for enterprises and/or specific program areas or business functions

  • Support the development of business, information, application, technology and/or security architectures enterprise-wide or for specific lines of business, program areas or business functions along with developing generalized reference models for specific industry sectors

  • Establish Enterprise Architecture practices, capabilities, standards and methods

  • Evaluate application and technology portfolios in relation to target architectures

  • Support the development of EA-based business transformation roadmaps and governance mechanisms

  • Provide enterprise architectures to support program evaluations and performance reviews of business and IT functions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent professional work experience in business or technical analysis Preference given for experience with public sector, especially with one or more of the traditional Health and Human Service domains: Medicaid, Child Welfare, SNAP, TANF, Child Support Enforcement or consulting in those areas

  • Enterprise architecture skills in one or more areas, including: business architecture, information architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, security architecture; core advisory skills including business process analysis, financial analysis, performance assessment, project management and risk assessment

  • Skills and expertise in one or more of the following: data modeling, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) coupled with a relevant designation including but not limited to: TOGAF, IFPUG, EBA, PMP, CISA, ITIL, CMC, SEI certifications, CoBIT certifications, Rational certifications; experience in solution development and implementation, including business or technical planning, design, requirements analysis and/or implementation skills along with infrastructure design and implementation, including experience in selection and/or implementation of industry leading cloud solutions, such as Dynamics and Salesforce

  • Project Management Certification

  • Ability to travel up to 100% on an add needed basis
