Summary: The Pharmacy Technician supports the Pharmacist in providing safe and appropriate pharmacy services to patients in accordance with the policies and procedures of PerformSpecialty Pharmacy, the State's professional standards, and other regulatory entities. The Pharmacy Technician works under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist and assists in the dispensing process by performing data entry, prescription preparation, labeling, packaging, packing and delivery of medications and related services to patients. Responsibilities:

Receive inbound calls from Providers, patients, and internal customers while maintaining pharmacy call center metrics

Accurately enter data into pharmacy computer system so that appropriate paperwork is generated for prescription process
