KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist - Pod Lead to join our Managed Services (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a POD of specialists/analysts to ensure work is being completed per engagement SLAs and KPIs; supervise any resources assigned to the POD

  • Review work of analysts for completion and perform quality checks; provide feedback with action plans and coach them; address Analyst queries

  • Coach analysts on policy/procedure requirements; act as a role model to the team displaying KPMG values

  • Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure consistent competency and KPIs are met; create user guides and SOPs

  • Create status report, and report to client and Lead Specialists on same

  • Address any delivery risks/issues; work with client and internal leadership to address them

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent experience supporting client engagement(s) in an operational and/or delivery capacity; an additional three years of supervising or managing delivery teams; project management experience desirable

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university

  • Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to quickly and effectively communicate ideas through written narratives and diagrams

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully in a target driven operational environment

  • Adaptable and strong collaboration skills with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more)
