Robert Half Systems Analyst in Orlando, Florida

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Analyst in Orlando, Florida. The selected candidate will be responsible for enhancing, implementing, and analyzing data from our HRIS System, with a specific focus on HCM (Human Capital Management) system. This role also involves developing SOPs that create standardization and consistency for all end users, including HR Systems such as HCM, ATS, LMS, and Time Keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage HRIS and HCM systems to meet the needs of the organization

• Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support HR and management decisions

• Develop standardized SOPs for all end users to ensure consistency and efficiency across all HR systems

• Handle system enhancements and modifications as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to users

• Collaborate with HR and IT departments to troubleshoot HRIS and HCM system issues and develop solutions

• Maintain updated knowledge of HRIS and HCM systems and industry trends to ensure the company's systems are effectively meeting its needs

• Conduct training sessions and prepare user-friendly documentation to help end users navigate and utilize HR systems effectively

• Work closely with HR and management to understand their needs and translate them into system specifications and solutions

• Assist in maintaining data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data

• Participate in system upgrades and tests to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.

Skills:

• Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems

• Experience with HCM

• Knowledge of Time Keeping systems

• Familiarity with PeopleSoft. Requirements • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management).

• Experience with Time Keeping systems and procedures.

• Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar software.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various departments.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
