Commercialization Coordinator, Away from Home-Sales Operations Location: Preferred location is at Orrville Corporate Offices* ; will consider Working Remote for qualified candidate living outside of Northeast Ohio *Orrville Based Roles' Work Arrangements: Supporting Presence with Purpose Model with minimum onsite expectations of 30% (minimum 6 days a month) Your Opportunity In this role you will support and assist both the internal sales teams as well as Away from Home customers in the areas of documentation, customer portal management, item/factory requests, QA requests and master product data. You will be the expert regarding product documentation and the sharing of that information. In this role you will also work to maintain internal marketing and sales assets as well as other sales support projects as assigned. Your primary responsibilities will include: Product Data & Assets: Work with internal business partners and external customers to complete required product registrations and requests Understand and research production specification including packaging, ingredients, nutrition, facility documentation and marketing claims, product details and certifications (Certificates of Analysis, FDA Certifications, Nutritional Certifications) Maintain GS1 product data and images in Riversand/Syndigo - load, manage and publish product data through GS1 Data Sync, submit product for content capture and certify nutritional and e-comm content Work with Marketing and the Content Syndication to manage Riversand/Syndigo data and system issues Manage asset database to ensure updated assets correctly populate Riversand/Syndigo and customer data portals Work with sales to maintain company data, product specifications and product images in customer portals, including, but not limited to: Sysco, FoodLogiQ, TraQtion, Share-ify, ReposiTrak, and SafetyChain Maintain a repository of updated facility and product documentation on The Grove including SOPs and systems/subject matter expert resources Clearly define and maintain scope/ not in scope for role Research specification, packaging, and nutrition information within Prodika/Oracle Item Data Governance - audit Price Lists & Item Lists in support of marketing and sales teams Broker & Sales Communications: Assist Sales Team to ensure Broker Teams have updated Marketing assets and documentation Maintain FS1 with relevant marketing, sales and product data for JMS broker partners Function as a Sales Resource for ShowPad, assisting Marketing Team with system and asset administration Function as a Sales Resource for accessing updated logos and product images on The Cart Additional duties and projects as assigned The Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
