• Adecco is partnering with a local company in Oshkosh, WI to hire a Accounts Receivable associate for a 3 month contract to hire opportunity.Shift : Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30Pay $20-$25 (based on experience)

• Handle day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

• Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with contract terms, pricing agreements, and agency policies

• Monitor accounts receivable balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and initiate collection efforts as necessary

• Apply receipts to open invoices in the ERP system

• Responding to vendor inquiries regarding finance

• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports

• Continuing to improve the payment processQualifications:2 years of Accounts Receivable experience/Associates DegreePrevious experience with Net Suite is preferred but open to othersThorough knowledge of applicable accounts receivable/general ledger systems and proceduresApply below to speak with a recruiter today!

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
