DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level I to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Oshkosh, WI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ensure Safety : By promptly reporting hazards and incidents, and using personal protective equipment, you’ll help maintain a safe work environment.

  • Promote Health and Safety Culture : Encouraging your colleagues to look out for one another and engaging in HSE training will foster a culture of safety and interdependence.

  • Maintain Quality Standards : Following standard work procedures and performing quality inspections will ensure that products meet high-quality standards.

  • Identify and Control Non-Conforming Material : By identifying and controlling non-conforming materials, you’ll help minimize quality issues and reduce costs.

  • Achieve Production Goals : Operating equipment efficiently and meeting production targets will contribute to the overall productivity of the team.

  • Maintain Cleanliness and Order : Keeping your work area clean and performing routine maintenance tasks will ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

  • Collaborate with Team Members : Effective communication and collaboration with your team and support staff will help identify and address equipment issues promptly.

  • Continuous Improvement : Actively participating in training and development, and suggesting improvements in processes and safety, will drive continuous improvement in the workplace.

Education/Experience:

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Minimal or no work experience required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

Line 5 axle assembly.

Second shift 3:30PM to 12:00AM.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
