JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: The Production Control Coordinator III creates, coordinates, manages, reviews, and maintains the daily Manufacturing Schedules based on the master schedule with the operations teams. Additionally this role communicates progress, priorities, sequencing, expected completion of all CO\'s, WO\'s and travelers and ensures all departments are coordinated in processing projects based on the Manufacturing Schedule. The PCCIII also coordinates expediting to resolution on parts shortages, engineering changes, and reprocessing of parts through operations impacting delivery requirements. This role also ensures all required paperwork (timecards, picklists, etc.) is collected and turned in as required and in a timely manner. Major Responsibilities: Develops and maintains internal daily production schedules based on the master schedule from Control Center through Shipping. Communicates schedule progress with other functional areas on a regular basis. Escalates issues to appropriate leaders/teams as needed for challenges with potential to mis customer shipment dates. Assists in the resolution of planning challenges including machine and labor capacities. Tracks, coordinates and expedites materials shortages through internal operations as needed. Tracks, coordinates and communicates material shortages between the supply chain and manufacturing teams. Performs all other duties and responsibilities, as required. Required Education / Experience / Skills: Two to five years\' experience in production control, scheduling, supply chain or other relevant disciplines. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with floor employees and leadership. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and apply concepts of basic algebra. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability understand and sequence large quantities of interdependent timelines and various project priorities simultaneously. Ability to use standard office products including Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio. Comfortable in using multiple databases and sources to reference and consolidate information. Strong skills in Excel and ERP systems desired. Handle multiple projects simultaneously. Moderate physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities with frequent walking throughout the manufacturing floor and office spaces. Travel:No overnight travel required.
