The Company is comprised of a Corporate office (Philadelphia, PA), two (2) manufacturing facilities (Philadelphia, PA and Oshkosh, WI) and two (2) repair and service facilities (Philadelphia, PA and Yuba City, CA) located in the United States. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead investigations into Material Review Reports (MRRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and Customer Complaints (CCs), and quality improvement opportunities identified in manufacturing. Utilize root cause analysis techniques and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to lead sustainable improvements in manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in identification of root causes related to quality concerns and discovery of Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) to prevent their recurrence. Work closely with manufacturing teams to identify opportunities for process quality improvement. Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration on quality improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to promote buy-in and support for quality improvement efforts. Maintain accurate records of quality improvement projects, and related performance metrics. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Work under and adhere to all applicable ISO-9001:2015 system level procedures and work instructions. Maintain traceability of all materials and documents. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Attend all company required trainings and meetings. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
