Job Title: Warehouse Worker (ECM) Summer 2024

Job Summary: ECM Holding Group Inc has opportunities for the Warehouse Workers in Oshkosh, WI for the summer of 2024. The assignment will last from mid May to mid August. The standard schedule of 7:30am to 4pm M-F. Warehouse workers are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock and inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.

• Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.

• Provides quality service by following organization standards.

• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.

• Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Data Entry/ Completes reports by entering required information.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Must follow safety procedures and use required safety equipment as instructed verbally and as outlined in the Ecological Insulation Safety manual.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be able to listen to and follow instructions

• Ability to work well with minimal supervision

• Detail oriented

• Safety Conscious

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus

• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Fed Med Card

• Have Simple computer and data entry experience

• Ability to work well with others

• Must have a valid drivers license

Physical Demands :

• Must be able to remain in an upright and stationary position for long periods of time as needed

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs

• Must be able to bend and kneel

• Must be able to operate both hand and power tools in a safe manner

• Must be able to operate a pallet jack and become forklift certified if not already
