JOB REQUIREMENTS: About This Opportunity The Technical Advisor applies advanced knowledge of spray booth troubleshooting, maintenance, and service to resolve complex product issues at customer sites. The role includes training and other forms of knowledge transfer that helps execute the company goals that improve product serviceability and technician competence. What You Will Do Respond to requests for technical assistance with advice and recommendations for corrective action Provide subject matter expertise to author, review, and edit technical service & equipment documentation relating to service processes and diagnostic tools Travel to customer sites, as needed, to assist field technicians in diagnosing and rectifying complex product performance issues Develop and conduct training on equipment startup, maintenance, and service May be asked to periodically audit the performance of field technicians to ensure best practices are consistently followed and provide feedback and recommendations to supervisors and managers.
