Rise Modular, LLC (Rise) is a full volumetric modular manufacturing company serving the multi-family apartment, hospitality, student housing and affordable housing sectors.

Job Description                                                                                                                                  

The weather proofing and module loader will apply plastic weather proofing to units and shrink wrap it to ensure proper weather guarding. They will also load units onto transport trailers.

Responsibilities                                                                                                                                   

• Wraps modules with weather proofing materials.

• Runs overhead cranes and hoists as needed.

• Measures the weather tight units.

• Uses lifting jacks as needed.

• Accurately cuts materials to specifications.

• Addresses any issues such as placement and symmetry as well as takes action to correct them.

• Maintains a clean work area.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Maintains safe working conditions.

  Qualifications                                                                                                                                     

   

• 0-3 years’ previous related experience.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.

• Ability to work at different heights.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to understand and correctly calculate math and measurements.

• Dependable

  Physical Requirements                                                                                                                       

   

• Prolonged periods of standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.

• Must be able to lift 70 pounds at a time.
