Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Associates to support our Retail Asset Management department. The roles involve varying tasks throughout the year, primarily focused on processing client transactions. Associates will handle two types of processing

• CORE Processing which includes updating addresses/profiles, uploading various agreements, and conducting R+D calculations

• COMPLEX Processing which involves financial beneficiary movements, setting up new accounts, and managing complex asset allocations.

Candidates will need to be adept at discerning detailed written information, as the role requires reading and understanding a high volume of documents. While the position primarily involves data processing, there will be occasional phone work. The role also demands navigation through multiple systems daily and managing processing for clients with 200-300 accounts. Associates will be responsible for processing inquiries coming from phone, web, and paper, including reviewing paperwork, emails, and phone transcriptions to discern client intentions. Expect to handle an average of 350-400 activities per month.

Essential Skills

• Strong Analytical/Data Entry Skills

• Minimum 1 year of Data Entry or Administrative Experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Responsibilities

The role includes reviewing transaction requests and authorizations, processing transactions with a focus on timely and accurate reconciliation. Associates are responsible for maintaining department processing standards in productivity and quality. This includes tracking responses to client inquiries to aid in the development of guides for swift resolution of recurring issues. The role also involves learning and understanding business processes and service requirements, and may require communicating with clients either verbally or in writing.

This is a fully on-site position in Owings Mills, Maryland.
