Role Summary 

The Individual Investors Client Experience team is seeking a Product Analyst for the Client Onboarding experience. They will utilize knowledge of the company and assigned client(s) to analyze business processes relating to the assigned client and make recommendations for improvements to better reach and engage clients and drive business value. The Product Analyst serves as a consultant to multiple business units to manage routine client projects and solve issues. They assist the discovery, development, and implementation of our Onboarding strategy, and roadmap. They analyze client segments to identify areas of opportunity, determine technical requirements to accurately target groups of clients, and consult with internal and external partners to enable the organization with solutions that drive business results. Take an end-to-end client view, ensuring Onboarding experiences align with overall business strategy, and deliver a consistent client experience across all touchpoints. Provide technical support for determining appropriate metrics, milestones, and other performance indicators are available to measure the experience. Advise key leaders & stakeholders on the short-term and long-term progress against metrics. You will demonstrate a high degree of judgment; negotiate regularly with creative, development and activation stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on the tactical execution for Onboarding strategy. Through business knowledge, provide guidance to internal clients on optimizing their use of Onboarding tools. Leverage client insights to recommend enhanced processes, reports, tools, etc., for improving client onboarding effectiveness. This role will join a team of developers, designers, product owner and analysts utilizing an Agile methodology, to launch client-centric features from research and discovery to development and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Experience discovery— assists Product Owner with documenting and analyzing the current state of the customer experience, identifies business problems to solve, and opportunities to drive business value. Cross references target segment criteria with activated data attributes, identifying gaps and solutions to accurately target the defined segment, consulting with data experts as needed. Documents all relevant digital assets such as landing page URLs, call-to-action destinations, and specific conversion events to measure experience performance. Documents potential hypotheses to test against

  • Experience design— assists Product Owner, stakeholders, subject matter experts, assigned creative resources, assigned activation partners across web, mobile, and email channels in documenting the desired experience to effectively target, present content, and measure performance of the experience. Experience design should include consideration of cross-channel interactions, hierarchy and prioritization of competing qualifying experiences. Additionally, the analyst will provide creative resources with specifications to ensure efficient delivery of experiences, and/or provide business requirements to development resources if new requirements are required.

  • Experience delivery —writes and maintains clear, integrated requirements for each incremental Onboarding experience. Meets daily with cross functional resources to continue to ensure that requirements are understood, communicates any blockers or dependencies to the relevant Product Owner, and generally adheres to Agile best practices. Access to tools and technology to assist in experience delivery as needed, such as authoring content, validating segments, writing Onboarding logic and criteria. Maintains experiences in good order through annual legal and compliance reviews. Adjusts experiences as necessary due to regulatory changes if applicable.

  • Experience measurement —coordinates with solution consultants and data measurement teams to ensure accurate, timely, and relevant measurement of experiences. Analyzes performance and provides reporting as needed to the business. Identifies observations to inform hypotheses to optimize performance or generate the next experience. Identifies technical requirements for any custom analytics events or signals. Coordinate with reporting teams to ensure accurate, comprehensive tracking through automated reports. Prepare reports and presentations: After conducting thorough analysis, a product analyst must create detailed reports about the findings and prepare presentations using graphs, charts, and other visuals to present data in an easy-to-understand format. Product Analyst will present recommendations and next steps to senior management when required.

    Qualifications

    Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND

  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience.

  • Hybrid work arrangement, availability to be in the office 3 days a week.

    Preferred:

  • Strong analytical skillset and ability to source and analyze data from databases

  • Preparation

  • Agile certifications or familiarity with principles

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, Quantum, Customer Journey Analytics

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work up to two days a week.

Regional Requirements:

Base salary range:

$66,000 - $113,500 USD

For the location of:

Colorado

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
