Primary Purpose

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

JOB EXPECTATION: Engage in job duties outlined below, to reduce risk exposure in areas of cyber and physical security; and to promote our mission of safeguarding the people, property, reputation and shareholder value of the corporation. PURPOSE Perform programming review and provisioning to complex networked enterprise security operations software systems (e.g. CCure 9000 Enterprise, Andover Continuum, D3, DMP, Compass, ExacqVision, Enterprise System Manager, and JIRA, etc.) Perform security system tuning and calibration, monitor status of system issue service tickets, and conduct ESOC acceptance testing and commissioning reviews Conduct validation of security equipment corrective and preventive maintenance Provide vendor support for system maintenance Collect and analyze system metrics; prepare reports on Security Operations systems Monitor the compliance of security systems with Management Model and regulatory standards Assist in planned security system outages Support ESOC operations

• Day-to-day operation of security systems

• Collection, analysis, and reporting of security systems performance

• Provide training and systems support for end users

• Contribute to Security Operations processes, procedures, and best practices

• Support system update and related outages

Job Scope

JOB SCOPE

• Support the efficient operation of intrusion detection, access control, and video systems

• Collect, analyze and report system alarm performance issues, perform alarm performance remediation, and assist in the effective integration of systems with CISS teams and Exelon Business Units

• Work under the direct supervision of senior team members

Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 5 years of security system experience

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Knowledge of PC/desktop workstation applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

• Strong analytical and presentation ability

• Ability to work effectively under high stress situations

• Ability to rapidly assess and respond to life safety and security incidents

Preferred Qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree

• Proficiency on the following systems: CCure 9000 Enterprise, ExacqVision, Andover Continuum, Compass, DMP, D3, JIRA, PassagePoint, Enterprise System Manager, Exelon Alert

• Knowledge of: Exelon business structure, ESOC policies and procedures, Exelon NERC CIP policies and procedures, substation operation, and CISS policies and procedures

• Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors:USD $75,200.00/Yr. - USD $112,800.00/Yr.
