Role Summary
In this role you will manage, govern, and consult in accordance with the policies, procedures, service-level agreements, operating principles and standards relating to technology controls, regulatory requirements, and organizational mandates. You'll also act as an advisor to management and key external partners on broad-ranging projects.

Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing and auditing technology policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Duties include developing and enforcing technology standards and regulations, assessing risk, and supporting the implementation of technology controls
Performs standard risk assessments, monitors and reports policy and controls compliance
Facilitates and leads audit and compliance activities of high complexity or across multiple business units, including gathering technology controls evidence
Participates in the preparation of materials for external audiences and delivers review sessions
Coordinates with technology and risk management partners to track and remediate control gaps or findings
Work collaboratively in a global team responsible for identifying technology risk and developing technology controls and supporting processes to align with regulatory requirements
May lead small multi-functional team for specific projects
Ability to breakdown complex or vague problems and steps through them in a rational way
Able to evolve a decision as new information is gained
Finds opportunities for process improvements
Assists in implementing new controls and processes as technologies, risks, and regulations evolve
Actively identifies when junior resources need assistance and mentorship and helps team members/makes suggestions to improve practice
Business Knowledge
Strong understanding of technology and asset management industries and internal business units to enable navigation of key stakeholders and understanding of impacts
Knowledge and experience of technology policy and procedure; promotes technology policy and controls awareness and alignment with industry standard methodologies
Able to work directly with business partners across the global, enterprise
Recommends resolutions or alternatives based on industry best practices and specific business priorities
Qualifications
Required:
Typically requires 3+ years of relevant experience
Implements, supports, and delivers infrastructure services to business and technology; identifies impacts across teams and coordinates to manage dependencies and potentially competing priorities
Maintains knowledge of regulations, governance risk and controls technologies, standard methodologies, and industry trends
Preferred:
Demonstrates proficient understanding in multiple technologies/applications
ServiceNow experience
Previous experience in Financial Services / Investment Management Firms
Critical thinking with a strong sense of urgency
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to three days per week from home.
Base salary ranges:
$114,500.00 - $195,000.00 for the location of: California, New York
$100,500.00 - $171,500.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C
$91,500.00 - $156,500.00 for the location of: Colorado, Maryland, Washington and all other US locations
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role . Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package . Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
