Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $19.00/hr

Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Oxford, CT

Role Summary: Join our team as a Customer Service Representative! Provide exceptional customer service and sales support while leveraging your in-depth knowledge of our products, processes, and systems. Work cross-functionally with various departments to enhance our overall company performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Inquiries: Manage and resolve incoming customer service phone calls and emails (40% of time).

• Product Sales: Handle sales of ancillary products like KeyRings and SmartKeys, including order processing (50% of time).

• Sales Team Support: Assist with order and shipping status updates (10% of time).

Supervision Level:

Receive general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• 0-3 years experience in technical sales or service-oriented roles.

• Proficient in computer use, with excellent communication and telephone skills.

• High energy, self-starter with a technical aptitude.

• Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and a relationship builder.
