Robert Half is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team! The role entails a variety of accounting responsibilities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accounts payable tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Process and record journal entries in a timely and accurate manner

• Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

• Manage accounts payable duties, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded

• Utilize Excel formulas for data analysis and financial reporting

• Operate Computer Ease software to streamline accounting tasks

• Monitor financial transactions and reports to identify any discrepancies

• Assist in other accounting projects as needed.

Requirements

• Must possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

• Proven experience in the role of Staff Accountant or similar

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Journal Entries

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required

• Mastery of Excel Formulas is essential

• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness

• Proficient in using accounting software and applications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
