Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Equipment Operator to join our outdoor team. In this role, you will operate heavy equipment to mix and move soil efficiently and safely within our facility. If you have a passion for machinery and enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Heavy Equipment : Use bulldozers, excavators, and front-end loaders to mix and move soil.

• Safety and Efficiency : Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment.

• Maintenance : Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to maintain optimal performance.

• Team Collaboration : Work with team members to coordinate soil mixing and movement tasks.

• Safety Protocols : Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

• Site Assistance : Assist in site preparation and cleanup as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

• Experience : 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in an outdoor or construction setting.

• Skills : Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

• Physical Ability : Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

• Communication : Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

• Licenses : Valid driver’s license and ability to operate heavy machinery.
