Bureau of Reclamation Laborer (Heavy Duty) in Page, Arizona
Summary Reclamation is seeking a career professional looking for an opportunity to capitalize on their expertise as a Laborer (Heavy Duty). Responsibilities Perform facility and equipment maintenance duties, such as replacing guard rails; painting buildings, structures, gates, equipment and other related items; changing light bulbs and doorknobs; performing minor maintenance to sinks, toilets, and urinals. Perform lawn and grounds maintenances, including snow removal, maintaining sprinkler systems, pruning, and mowing. Operate and use a variety of light equipment and tools, such as lawn mowers, forklifts, motorized man-lifts, chain lifts, and hoists, and light trucks, drills, saws, etc. in performing general maintenance duties. Assist in a variety of trades, such as masonry, concrete, carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, and mechanical. Requirements Conditions of Employment You must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National. Education Additional Information You may be required to serve an initial probationary period. Reclamation has determined that the duties of this position are suitable for telework only during an emergency or natural disaster.
