Responsibilities Perform facility and equipment maintenance duties, such as replacing guard rails; painting buildings, structures, gates, equipment and other related items; changing light bulbs and doorknobs; performing minor maintenance to sinks, toilets, and urinals. Perform lawn and grounds maintenances, including snow removal, maintaining sprinkler systems, pruning, and mowing. Operate and use a variety of light equipment and tools, such as lawn mowers, forklifts, motorized man-lifts, chain lifts, and hoists, and light trucks, drills, saws, etc. in performing general maintenance duties. Assist in a variety of trades, such as masonry, concrete, carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, and mechanical. Requirements Conditions of Employment You must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.
